Cargill's Dutch cocoa plants continue to achieve top AIB score (24/8/2009)

For the 5th consecutive year we have received a "Superior" rating for our 3 cocoa facilities in The Netherlands from AIB. In these 3 facilities we process cocoa beans into cocoa liquor and butter, and produce our top quality range Gerkens Holland® cocoa powders to the highest standards. This ensures that we provide only the best quality ingredients to our customers and to our own West European chocolate plants, guaranteeing the ultimate chocolate taste experience.

Receiving a certificate of achievement with a "Superior", the maximum score attainable, has become an even greater achievement this year as AIB has introduced more stringent measurements and controls.
