Ready to catch up with the latest in cocoa and chocolate? Just visit us at Fi Europe, the world's leading food ingredients exhibition. Every other year in November, over 1,500 ingredients suppliers come to Fi Europe to network with customers and showcase new products. At the Cargill stand all our ingredient and food expertise comes together.

Fifteen inspirational prototype products will be on display to showcase the breadth of Cargill's ingredients expertise, from sweeteners to texturizers, and from specialty oils and fats to delicious cocoa and chocolate products. One of these "stars" is the new Gerkens® cold dispersible cocoa powder. In live presentations we will demonstrate its improved wettability and dispersibility in cold drink mix applications.

Also exciting are our Origin2 chocolates, combining singe-origin chocolate and vanilla for an intense, authentic flavour. Come and taste for yourself!
